The most
positive thing about eating insects is its nutrition value.
Insects have been known to contain large amounts of protein,
fatty acids, minerals, and other chemicals.
Most of the dry mass found in an insect is protein. In fact
WHO (World Health Organization) recommends insects consumption
over soybean consumption. They found that some insects have
more protein than pork or shrimp.
Not only can you find large amounts of protein and fatty acids
in insects you can also find large amounts of minerals. Energy
is the amount of kilocalories (kcals) found in the insects.
The honeybee contained almost the same energy in kcals with
pork, chicken and shrimp.
Bee Larva can strengthen bodily functions, bring down body pressure;
chilly disease, get rid of tiredness; improves and halts hair
shed; dizzy, lumbago, shoulder ache etc.
